As our Customer Service Agent, you will be a part of our 24x7 team. You will be Axinom’s first point of contact with both our domestic and international customers working with highly talented and motivated professionals.
Job description
-
Engage with website visitors by guiding them through the product portfolio and running tailored presentations for them
-
Be the first point of contact for Website new business prospects and determine the next steps for each new prospect
-
Demonstrate Axinom products and solutions, prices etc. and present their benefits to customers
-
Persuade the customer by demonstrating how Axinom Mosaic meet their needs
-
Work with the Sales team to make sure the client’s initial requirements/meeting done and followed up with
-
Provide guidance about Axinom products or service requests
-
Ask the right questions to understand the customer’s requirements better
-
Handle support and incident requests from existing customers
-
Work very closely with other teams to provide the best customer service
-
Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
-
Be responsible to hand over generated leads over to sales making sure the lead has been assigned and attended to
-
Understanding unique use cases of visitors and tailoring presentations based on solutions we offer for the industry

Work in non-regular hours in a 24/7h setup
Skill requirements
-
Strong verbal communication skills and typing in English
-
Higher education
-
Experience in sales/customer service role, preferably in technology field
-
Minimum 1+ years of experience in a B2B sales role in technology
-
Good presentation skills, customer communication skills are must
-
You enjoy the contact with customers and work reliably, independently and highly customer-orientated
-
Fast learner with a strong skills in technology
-
Commercially driven and goal-oriented
-
You like working in an international team and appreciate exchanging ideas and knowledge with colleagues
-
Being a team player is a must
-
Professional Qualification in Sales or Marketing will be an added advantage
-
Previous experience in Media or Transportation industries will be an added qualification
-
Previous experience in online chat for sales is a plus
-
Prepared to experience a 24/7 roster basis occupation to cater to the team’s needs.
